sp9999 Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "sp9999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the sp9999 platform accessible at sp9999.app, duly licensed under an internationally recognized gaming authority.
• "Platform" means the sp9999 website, mobile web application, and all associated gaming and betting services made available to registered players.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who has registered an account with sp9999 and uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration on the sp9999 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from their own payment source and available for wagering or withdrawal, distinct from bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins value, or other incentives credited to a Player's account by sp9999 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures conducted by sp9999 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.

To register and maintain an active account on sp9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. sp9999 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You must be registering and accessing the Platform entirely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee of sp9999 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to determine the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not already hold an existing sp9999 account. sp9999 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at sp9999's discretion, with bonus balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. sp9999 reserves the right to close any account and forfeit associated balances where registration information is found to be inaccurate.

Each Player may hold only one (1) active account on the sp9999 Platform at any given time. Players are responsible for all activities conducted through their account, whether or not such activities were authorized by the account holder.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sp9999 username and password. You agree to:

• Not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify sp9999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Not use another Player's account or allow another person to use your account.

sp9999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any wagers placed or transactions completed through your account prior to your reporting of unauthorized access will be considered valid and binding.

sp9999 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time, including at the point of registration, at first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds, or whenever suspicious activity is detected. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by sp9999 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

sp9999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Own-Name Payments Only: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. sp9999 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Third-party deposits will be refunded to the source and may result in account suspension.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction in the sp9999 cashier section.
• Deposit Crediting: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your sp9999 balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL) may take up to one (1) business day. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Once KYC is completed, standard withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 2–4 hours; USDT TRC20 within 30 minutes to 2 hours; bank transfers within 1–2 business days. These are target times and are not guaranteed.
• Withdrawal to Deposit Method: sp9999 applies an anti-money-laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to the extent technically possible.
• Currency: The sp9999 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as its base fiat currency. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction as determined by sp9999. sp9999 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

sp9999 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which sp9999 accepts no liability.

sp9999 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be restricted by account activity, payment method, game type, or geographic location at sp9999's discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the Player's account without notice.
• Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only. Real-money balances are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless sp9999 expressly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• sp9999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted by Players prior to the change.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging of bonus bets, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on sp9999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, and specialty games. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the sp9999 system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where the Platform provides an explicit cash-out or bet cancellation feature for a specific market.
• Bet Acceptance: sp9999 reserves the right to reject, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets that exceed published stake limits, bets placed on suspended markets, or bets placed in circumstances that constitute an obvious error in odds.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of a manifest error in pricing, sp9999 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to Players, regardless of whether the bet appeared to have been accepted and settled.
• Cricket Betting: PSL, international cricket, and domestic tournament betting markets are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the sp9999 sportsbook help section. In the event of a match abandonment, interruption, or result void, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply.
• Casino Games: All sp9999 casino games use certified Random Number Generators and are supplied by licensed game providers. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel. sp9999 does not modify game outcomes or RTP settings.
• Maximum Winnings: sp9999 may apply maximum win caps on specific games or promotions. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be stated in the game or offer terms. Winnings in excess of a published cap may be adjusted accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sp9999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain any advantage over other Players or the Platform itself.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity related to sporting events offered on the sp9999 sportsbook.
• Participating in coordinated collusion with other Players to exploit game mechanics, sportsbook pricing errors, or bonus structures.
• Using the sp9999 Platform for any money-laundering purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such attempts must be reported to sp9999 support immediately. Exploiting known or discovered vulnerabilities without reporting them is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards sp9999 staff or other Players through any communication channel provided by sp9999.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or account management processes.

All content on the sp9999 Platform, including but not limited to the sp9999 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, data compilations, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of sp9999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sp9999 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any sp9999 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any sp9999 software or game code.
• Use the sp9999 name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context, including for promotional or advertising purposes, without express written authorization from sp9999.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the sp9999 Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of sp9999 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal proceedings for damages and injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sp9999 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Interrupted access to the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond sp9999's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional communications.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

Where sp9999 is found to be liable under applicable law, its total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to sp9999 in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sp9999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or freedom from errors or viruses.

sp9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the sp9999 Privacy Policy.

Key data practices applicable to all sp9999 accounts include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for the purpose of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of gaming services.
• sp9999 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
• Financial transaction data is retained for a minimum period as required by applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting sp9999 support, subject to sp9999's legal obligations to retain certain data.

sp9999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory review period.

If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting sp9999 support. Any bets or transactions that were placed and confirmed prior to the effective date of an amendment will be governed by the terms in force at the time of those transactions.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which sp9999's gaming licence is issued. sp9999 operates under an internationally recognized gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory framework of the issuing authority.

In the event of a dispute between sp9999 and a Player that cannot be resolved through the standard customer support process, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by sp9999's licensing authority. Players are encouraged to first attempt resolution through sp9999's internal complaints procedure by contacting support before escalating to a regulatory body.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
